Toshiba AT830, AT700, AT570 And AT500 Android 4.0 Tablets

Toshiba has released four new Android 4.0 tablets in the Japanese market. Known as the AT830, AT700, AT570 and AT500, these tablets are equipped with a 13.3-inch, 10.1-inch, 7.7-inch and 10.1-inch display, respectively. Measuring 343.8mm x 211.3mm x 9.9mm and weighing 1Kg, the Toshiba AT830 is powered by a fast 1.4GHz nVidia Tegra 3 processor, a 13.3-inch (1600 x 900) HD+ IPS LED-backlight display, a 1GB of RAM, a 64GB of storage space, a 2-megapixel front-facing digital camera for video calls, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera to capture precious moments, a 1Seg TV tuner, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and a micro HDMI. The Toshiba AT700 comes jam packed with a 1.2Ghz Texas Instrument OMAP 4430 processor, a 64GB of storage space, a 1GB of RAM, a 10.1-inch WXGA IPS LED-backlight display, a 2-megapixel front-facing digital camera and a 5-megapixel rear-facing digital camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, a micro HDMI. This model measures 256mm x 176mm x 7.7mm and weights 535 grams. The Toshiba AT570 and AT500 provide the same specifications such as a 1.3GHz nVidia Tegra 3 processor, a 1GB of RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, a 2-megapixel front-facing digital camera, a 5-megapixel rear-facing digital camera and an HDMI-out.
